Shayne founded Deep AI Solutions and built the DeepHvac AI platform, along with its sister products across other Texas trade verticals. The work spans building and operating the multi-engine scanning infrastructure that measures how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok describe local businesses, and the implementation side — Google Business Profile optimization, citation cleanup, and AI-readable site structure — that turns those measurements into results for HVAC operators.

Shayne is the author of record for DeepHvac AI's original research, including work in progress on a Texas-wide study of how often HVAC companies are actually named by AI assistants when homeowners ask who to call. Published studies are linked from their results pages as they go live.
